Adrenoline – I checked with Chef Duffy and he replied, “Absolutely! This recipe will work with or without garlic, If you don’t like raw garllic you could substitute roasted garlic or even a shallot. Shallots are like a cross between an onion & garlic. Thanks for your question. Best of luck & I hope you enjoy”.
