This is on Flamingo about 2 miles or less west of the Bellagio Hotel. I'm not sure I'd spend the extra cab fare (or time) to stop on the way. I'd probably buy a small bottle at the hotel for the first night, then scout out a good store the next day. My wife and I used to travel quite often, and, for trips of more than a few days, allocated a couple of hours to stock our hotel room. It makes the trip so much more pleasant.
