This is what I think:
The people are very helpful at this store. They have motorized carts for the disabled and they let you drive them to your vehicle, load your groceries, and take the motorized cart back into the store for you. If you get into to store and there is no motorized cart available there is a chair to sit on and they go find you a motorized cart and bring it to you. These have been my experiences. Also they have a manager-type lady that keeps things going swiftly and works very hard along with everyone else. She does not just delegate as many manager-types do, she is out there with the rest of the employees working on whatever needs to be done.

Yes, the main Firelake is a good store.

The one in Tecumseh (the "baby firelake" isn’t nearly as good, but ever since the Pottawatomi bought the only grocery store building in town and turned it into a casino school, I guess this protects their investment and their market position as the only grocery store in a town of 7,000 people.
