		<description>The Union Square market is actually there four days a week.  Down the block is Trader Joes where they feature great prices on things like nuts and cereal.  Banana are 19 cents, bagged salad mix is $2, as is a double pack of celery.  You will pay a premium in the super markets.  I recommend Fairway Market at Broadway and 74ths street or so, or 125th street by the Hudson.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you are in queens there is a green grocer on Main Street about three blocks south of Roosevelt Ave with excellent prices.  Also, you might want to pick up a snack or lunch right under the train there.  A portion of Lo Mein is $1.25 and two chichen legs are a buck.</description>
