We will be in a Cab so i do not want to go too far off the beaten path but am willing to go a little ways out just because the last time we went the liquor store near the strip they wanted $75 for a bottle of Grey Goose that i only pay $30 for here at home. Do groceries stores sell hard liquor?

The best prices in town are at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino.
This is on Flamingo about 2 miles or less west of the Bellagio Hotel.

This is what I think:
The people are very helpful at this store. They have motorized carts for the disabled and they let you drive them to your vehicle, load your groceries, and take the motorized cart back into the store for you. If you get into to store and there is no motorized cart available there is a chair to sit on and they go find you a motorized cart and bring it to you. These have been my experiences. Also they have a manager-type lady that keeps things going swiftly and works very hard along with everyone else. She does not just delegate as many manager-types do, she is out there with the rest of the employees working on whatever needs to be done.

Yes, the main Firelake is a good store.

The one in Tecumseh (the "baby firelake" isn’t nearly as good, but ever since the Pottawatomi bought the only grocery store building in town and turned it into a casino school, I guess this protects their investment and their market position as the only grocery store in a town of 7,000 people.

Sometimes fast food or groceries have promo deals to theme parks. Anyone know of any for Busch Gardens Tampa?

Florida residents get discounts online. After a quarter of the year passes, the prices for all year drop. Also, if you are from out of town, check with your hotel; Some offer buy an adult and get a child free. You could also look on e-bay.

My friend says my ethics are flawed because I don’t agree with her.. What’s your ethical opinion? She loan her grocery store discount card to other person and the other person won a gift while using the card. The other person had to sign as my friend name since she was using her card. My friend feel that the gift is hers not the other person who she allowed to use her card and who made the actual purchase. Who do you ethically believe the gift belong to?

Oh that is a tough one. I would say the gift belongs to the person who made the purchase. But I also think it was wrong of that person to sign her friends name like that.

I personally would hand the gift over if it was going to ruin a friend ship. Or maybe it is something they can share or split. But no gift is worth causing problems between friends like this. Both of them need to realize that and get over it.

I’m looking for discount grocery stores, farmers markets, bread outlets, etc. I live near disney, but would be willing to drive for some great deals. Thanks for your answers!

Winter Park has a farmers market every Sat. Celebration has a farmers market on Sundays. Bread outlets I have seen on E Colonial Dr near the Sams club. Have you tried the Aldi stores according to the news they are cheaper. Have never been to one so not sure.

I just moved to lexington ky and was wondering if there are any discount grocery stores like Aldi’s in the area.

You have a bunch of Super Wal-Marts in Lexington.
Their groceries are usually pretty inexpensive.

I’m about to apply for financial aid at a hospital making $11/hr @ 30hrs/week and was wondering anybody’s experience with these services. I know it’s on an individual basis, but I was wondering the success of some individuals that have tried it before. Currently, I’m a temp and make $11/hr and less than 40 hours per week. I pay $700/month rent including utilities; $50/hr on groceries; $75/month on cellphone because I have no landline; and also have collection agencies after me because I defaulted on credit cards. I really can’t pay a bill of $2800. To top it off, I told the paramedics I had no way of paying this and they told me the city would. I went in because I couldn’t stop regurgitating and felt I was going to puke my liver out. So I have charges of CT scan and various lab tests. I would of been happy with the IV treatment of nausea. Now I just want to know the success these hospital services can offer me. I’m 24 uninsured and already in debt and I don’t need medical bills over me

Just file Bankruptcy. It sucks, but the sooner you get it over wtih the better. Bankruptcy judges are fairly sympathetic to people with medical expenses.
