Why do you want to call yourself a vegan? It doesn't seem like you're really living the lifestyle. Why not call yourself an ethical omnivore or something that more accurately describes your diet?
References :
That's a lot of questions!
I'll pick a couple---Soy is still debatable. There are some studies that suggest it can be conducive to some types of cancer.
As far as the meat goes, organic should be safe. Some grocery stores have special healh food sections that you can choose. Or you can look in the phone book for health food stores. Wild caught fish is a good bet.
References :
You can't eat eggs if you are "vegan". You can't eat a lot of the things on your list. You are going to be a half-baked vegan and catch a lot of flack from the crazies in this forum. They are really going to rip you.

It sounds like you might be more at home with a vegetarian diet to tell you the truth.
References :
I have never heard any bad side effects from soy...pork is very dirty alot of religions will not eat it.I have never heard of variation of it.
I would say fresh market would carry a ton of the products you need they deal in organic and tend to have fresh berry breads etc made daily.
You dont say where you live so im not sure if theres fresh market in your area.good luck!
Ps i dnt think you ever find out if items are really pesticide free..its a worry of eating frsh vegetables. But some of the farmers in the area do use natural ways of keeping bugs off so i would find local farmers market.
